Terms of Service

Welcome to Premium Mirror. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BL Apps Management AB ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Premium Mirror mobile application and the websites at mirrorpremium.com and mirrorpremium.app (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Premium Mirror. If you are between 13 and the age of digital consent in your country (16 in much of the European Union), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved your use of the Service.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We will terminate any account we discover to belong to a child under 13.
2. Your Account
2.1 Sign-in
You can use the camera, filters, frames, and brightness controls without an account ("guest mode"). To publish photos, like other posts, follow other users, or use other social features you must sign in with Apple or Google.
2.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Keeping your sign-in provider account secure.
- Notifying us immediately at
support@blmapp.seif you suspect unauthorised access.
2.3 One account per person
You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade content moderation, daily limits, or blocks is prohibited and may result in termination of all your accounts.
2.4 Profile information
You may add a public alias, bio, country, and age to your profile. You may not impersonate another person, claim a false identity, or use offensive aliases. You may change your alias up to:
- 1 time per month on the Free plan.
- 4 times per month on the Premium plan.
3. Acceptable Use
When you use Premium Mirror you agree not to:
- Upload, publish, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights.
- Publish photos that contain nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or hate symbols.
- Publish photos of other people without their knowledge and consent.
- Post photos of children.
- Use the Service to harass, intimidate, or threaten any person.
- Attempt to circumvent moderation, daily limits, rate limits, or blocks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorisation.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, collect data from, or interact with the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of the Service.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate your account if you violate these rules. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Rate My Look (User Content)
4.1 What you can publish
Premium Mirror lets you publish selfies to the Rate My Look feed under one of our content categories (Makeup, Outfit, Skincare, Hairstyle, etc.). The Free plan allows 3 photos per day; the Premium plan allows 20 photos per day.
4.2 Your content stays yours
You retain all ownership of the photos you publish ("Your Content").
4.3 License you grant us
To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, time-limited licence to host, store, transmit, transform (for thumbnails and feed images), display, and analyse Your Content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service.
This licence ends:
- Automatically 24 hours after publish, when the post expires and we delete the photo.
- Earlier if you delete the post or your account.
We do not use Your Content for advertising and do not use it to train AI models.
4.4 Moderation
All published photos are automatically scanned by an AI moderation service. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we judge to be unsafe, in our reasonable discretion, with or without notice.
4.5 Reporting content
Other users can report your posts. We review reports on a best-effort basis and may remove content or take account action under §3.
4.6 Likes are anonymous
When you like a post, your identity is recorded server-side for abuse prevention but is not displayed to the post author — they see a count only.
5. Premium Subscription
5.1 What Premium includes

The exact list of Premium features may evolve. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
5.2 Price and billing
The Premium subscription is offered at USD 4.99 per month (or the local equivalent, including any applicable taxes). Price may change with at least 30 days' notice in-app; price changes apply only to renewals after the notice period.
Payment is processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, governed by their respective billing terms. We never see or store your payment card.
5.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through the App Store or Play Store settings. Apple and Google handle cancellations — we are notified when they happen.
5.4 Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in line with their store policies. Contact support@blmapp.se if you believe you are entitled to a refund and we will support your request where appropriate.
5.5 Effect of cancellation
When you cancel, you keep Premium features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free; your posts and account remain.
5.6 Termination by us
If we terminate your account for violating these Terms, you forfeit any remaining Premium time and are not entitled to a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
The Service — including its software, design, logos, trademarks, name "Premium Mirror", filters, frames, and all related materials — is owned by BL Apps Management AB and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive only the limited licence described in §7.
6.2 Trademarks
"Premium Mirror" and the Premium Mirror logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as required to refer to the Service fairly (for example in a review).
6.3 Feedback
If you send us suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the feedback without obligation to you.
6.4 Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@blmapp.se with subject "Copyright Notice" containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including a URL or post ID).
- Your contact information.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
We will respond promptly and may remove the material pending resolution.
7. Licence to Use the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the Premium Mirror mobile application on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
This licence does not include any right to:
- Resell or sublicense the Service.
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
- Use the Service for the benefit of a third party.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Neon, and others — see our Privacy Policy for a complete list). Your use of features provided through these third parties may also be subject to their terms.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or policies of third-party services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security incidents, or other operational reasons. We may discontinue features at any time.
10. Termination
10.1 By you
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, photos, posts, and social graph within 30 days (see Privacy Policy §8).
10.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your continued use poses a risk to other users or to the Service. We will notify you of termination at the email associated with your account when possible.
10.3 Survival
The following sections survive termination: §3 (Acceptable Use, for actions taken before termination), §6 (Intellectual Property), §7 (Licence — termination ends the licence), §11 (Disclaimers), §12 (Limitation of Liability), §13 (Indemnification), §15 (Governing Law and Disputes), and any provision that by its nature should survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and you may have additional rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BL APPS MANAGEMENT AB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
- USD 50.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that does not allow limitations of liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for damages caused by fraud or wilful misconduct, those liabilities are not excluded.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BL Apps Management AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party right.
- Your User Content.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, in which case you agree to cooperate.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date.
- Notify you in the app on next launch.
- For changes that materially reduce your rights, give at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1 Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
15.2 Consumer rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you the protection of mandatory local consumer-protection law, you also benefit from the protection of those laws, and nothing in these Terms reduces those statutory rights.
15.3 Venue
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of Stockholm, Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.
15.4 Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently committed to using alternative dispute resolution before a consumer dispute resolution body, but we always prefer to resolve issues amicably — please write to us first at support@blmapp.se.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of substantially all our assets.
- Notices. We may give notice through the app, by email, or by posting on
mirrorpremium.com. You may give notice to us atsupport@blmapp.se. - Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet outages, governmental action, etc.).
